Office employees become eligible the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees will receive an email from UKG when eligible to enroll. If you have questions about your eligibility, contact Employee Services or email Benefits@FlaggerForce.com.

How do I know which medical plan option is best for me?

Think about your healthcare needs over the past year and what you will expect in the coming year. Are you planning to have a baby? Do you expect to have surgery? Do you take several prescriptions medications? Are you generally healthy, thinking you will simply need coverage for occasional sicknesses? These are the things to think about as you review your options. QUICK TIP: Review the Plan Comparison Chart in the Benefits Guide where you can see all three medical plan options side-by-side. If you have specific questions, email Benefits@FlaggerForce.com for assistance.
