How do I know if I’m eligible for benefits?
-
You must be an active, full-time employee to be eligible for benefits. Field employees working an average of 30 or more hours per week, measured over a 6-month period, are eligible. Office employees become eligible on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees will receive an email from UKG when eligible to enroll. If you have questions about your eligibility, contact Employee Services or email Benefits@FlaggerForce.com.
Field employees who are eligible for benefits can identify their benefits start date here: https://flaggerforce.com/benefits-eligibility/

How do I know which medical plan option is best for me?
-
Think about your healthcare needs over the past year and what you expect in the coming year. Are you planning to have a baby? Do you expect to have surgery? Do you take several prescription medications? Are you generally healthy, thinking you will simply need coverage for occasional sicknesses? These are the things to think about as you review your options. QUICK TIP: Review the Plan Comparison Chart in the Benefits Guide where you can see all three medical plan options side-by-side. If you have specific questions, email Benefits@FlaggerForce.com for further assistance.
