There are quite a few steps to follow to download and install this app. Please reference the list for step-by-step instructions.
- GET the In the Zone (ITZ) app from the Apple App Store
- Tap GET and install the app on your mobile device. (You may need to confirm your download with Biometric Verification or PIN.)
- Once the app is opened, you will find yourself on the login screen.
- Sign in using the following login information:
- Username is: FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME (Don’t forget the “_” underscore. Ex. Joe_Dokes.
- First-Time login password is: F1@gg3r123
- Create your new, unique password to protect your account.
- Click ‘Accept’ after reviewing the ITZ Fairplay Rules.
Please contact Employee Services via the Technology Support queue for assistance logging into your ITZ account or resetting your account password.
