We're looking for leaders to help Keep Our Communities Moving as we continue growing in our present markets and expanding our services into new states. Flagger Force offers Crew Leader promotion bonuses for employees driven by a passion for leading and serving!

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Crew Members who would be promoted to Crew Leaders for the first time and located in targeted regions are eligible to receive Promotion Rewards.

Promotion Rewards are available to eligible Crew Members in Central Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida.

WHAT'S THE BONUS?

From your date of hire, be promoted to Crew Leader (CL) within 90 days and earn $250.

Then, from your promotion date, pass Crew Leader Development Training (CLDT) and work 250 hours as a Crew Leader within 90 days to earn an additional $250.

That is a total potential bonus of $500, just for doing your job.

HOW DO I APPLY?

There is no need to apply for Promotion Rewards.

The bonus program is active starting July 1, 2024, in targeted regions only.

If you are an eligible Crew Member working for Flagger Force or hired as of July 1st and located in a Promotion Rewards target market, you are automatically eligible for Promotion Rewards.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This is an ongoing program starting July 1, 2024.

Only first-time Crew Leaders are eligible to participate.

Current Crew Members are eligible for the program if promoted within 90 days after July 1.

Crew Members who have not been demoted can participate in this program.

Rehires are eligible if they were NOT promoted to the role of Crew Leader during their previous period(s) of employment with Flagger Force.

To participate, the Crew Member must reside in an actively targeted region.

Actively targeted regions may change based on the need for Crew Leaders and order volume.

If an employee is no longer with the company, suspended or otherwise, they will be ineligible for the program and forfeit the bonus(es).

Promotion Rewards will be paid out after all CLDT requirements are met: completed the CLDT test, passed the Work Zone Observation and Safety scores, and worked 250 hours as a Crew Leader. The entire CLDT program must be completed before Promotion Rewards are paid out.
