We're looking for leaders to help Keep Our Communities Moving as we continue growing in our present markets and expanding our services into new states. Flagger Force offers Crew Leader promotion bonuses for employees driven by a passion for leading and serving!

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Crew Members who would be promoted to Crew Leaders for the first time are eligible to receive Promotion Bonuses. Please see the Eligibility Details section, as eligibility is time sensitive.

WHAT'S THE BONUS?

Based on the eligibility details outlined below, you must pass the classroom portion of Basic Work Zone (BWZ) within your allotted time frame. Upon your promotion to first-time Crew Leader (CL), earn $250.

Then, from your promotion date, pass Crew Leader Development Training (CLDT) and the performance metrics, and work 250 hours as a Crew Leader or Advanced Crew Leader within 90 days to earn an additional $250.

That is a total potential bonus of $500, just for doing your job.

HOW DO I APPLY?

There is no need to apply for Promotion Bonuses.

If you are an eligible Crew Member working for Flagger Force you are automatically eligible for Promotion Bonuses.

ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

Eligibility Conditions for First-Time Crew Leaders:

If you were hired before March 1, 2025:

  • You have until June 15, 2025 to complete your BWZ class.

If you were hired March 1, 2025 or after:

  • You have 90 days from your hire date to complete BWZ class.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

To Qualify for the First Payment of $250.00:

  • Must be promoted to CL and remain a CL for 30 days after promotion

To Qualify for the Second Payment of $250.00:

  • Work 250 hours within 90 days of the CL promotion date and complete CLDT and the performance metrics

Be in an active status as a Crew Leader after you are promoted to qualify for the first bonus. The first bonus is paid 30 days after promoting to Crew Leader.

Rehires are eligible if they were NOT promoted to the role of Crew Leader during their previous period(s) of employment with Flagger Force.

Crew Members who have not been demoted can participate in this program.

If an employee is no longer with the company, suspended or otherwise, they will be ineligible for the program and forfeit the bonus(es).
