WHAT IS THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM?

Crew leaders and advanced crew leaders employed with Flagger Force who remain in good standings are eligible to participate.
There are two program sessions. For the Summer Program you must be a crew leader by June 1 to qualify. For the Fall Program you must be a crew leader by September 1 to qualify.
Accept job assignments to meet the minimum hourly requirement of 375 hours per program session.
Avoid deducting points from your points account during the program sessions to remain eligible.

HOW DO I CHECK MY STATUS?

Log into The Incentive Portal using your last name and employee ID number to keep track of your grade, hours, and eligibility.

WHERE DO I FIND MY EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER?

Your employee ID number can be found on your Flagger Identification Badge under your photo.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE?

You are eligible for the Summer Program if:
- You are a crew leader, or advanced crew leader, or promoted to crew leader before August 1
- Work at least 375 hours during the Summer Program (June-August)
- Stay within the boundaries of the accrued points
- You remain an active CL or ACL at the time of payout
You are eligible for the Fall Program if:
- You are a crew leader, or advanced crew leader, or promoted to crew leader before September 1
- Work at least 375 hours during the Fall Program (September-November)
- Stay within the boundaries of the accrued points
- You remain an active CL or ACL at the time of payout
You are ineligible if you are suspended for any length of time or if you get demoted to crew member during the measurement period(s).
You are ineligible for the Crew Member Incentive Program if you became a crew member resulting from your demotion from the position of Crew Leader or Advanced Crew Leader.

WHAT AM I BEING SCORED ON?

Flagger Force employees are being measured on:
- Vehicle condition and maintenance: least dollar amount of total damage
- On-time arrival: number of on-time arrivals for the total number of jobs you were on—on-time arrivals will be based on your total monthly scores
- Quality observations: you will be measured on three areas of the Work Zone Observation checklist—wearing safety glasses, if you completed the Job Site Discussion, and proper crew member placement within the work zone
- SmartDrive score

12 credits = A+ $375 $375
11 credits = A $300 $300
10-9 credits = B $175 $175
8-7 credits = C $75 $75
6-0 credits = D $0 $0
DQ = Disqualified
Your total credits determine your grade; your grade determines your payout.
EXTRA CREDIT REWARD!
Crew leaders and advanced crew leaders who score a C or better in both the Spring and Fall Incentive programs, will be eligible for $300 bonus!
Cash bonuses will be awarded to those who qualify at the end of each program. Payout for the Summer Program is in September and December for the Fall Program.
