What is the date and time of the EXXtravaganza?

- Saturday, August 27th at Long’s Park—1441 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601
- 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. Rain or Shine.

How many people can I bring with me?

Limit 6, including yourself.

I live more than 3 hours from the event, am I required to use bus transportation?
-
If you live more than 3 hours from the event you’ll need to either take the coach bus or drive your personal vehicle.

Can I use the FF truck to drive to the event?
-
If your home address is less than 3 hours (195 miles) from Long’s Park you may drive the FF truck to the event. You may bring up to two passengers as long as they meet safety requirements, such as being age and size appropriate for proper seat belt usage. As a reminder, pets and car seats are not allowed in FF trucks. Additional questions, please contact us.

Is parking free at Long’s Park?

Yes, parking is free. There will be limited handicapped parking. We will use arrow panels and message boards to direct traffic.

What do I need to bring to the event?
-
You may want to bring camp chairs or blankets to sit on. You may bring beverages, though alcohol is not permitted. Food and drinks will be provided. No private tents larger than 10’ x 10’ are allowed. Bring raingear, if necessary.

What are the prizes being raffled?
-
- 2017 Ford F-150 truck
- 50/50 Cash prize
- Raffle prizes — we’ll be raffling off four (4) Visa gift cards valued at $100, $150, $200, and $250.
You must be present to win any and all prizes.

How do I purchase raffle tickets?
-
- Upon arrival, in addition to your employee swag bag, you will receive one raffle ticket for the Visa gift card raffles and one for the truck. You can purchase additional truck tickets for $20 each up to 5 additional tickets. You cannot purchase additional Visa card raffle tickets.50/50 tickets can be purchased for $5 for one (1) ticket or $10 for three (3) tickets.
- There will be a table to purchase 50/50 and additional truck tickets. We will accept Venmo or cash for the additional truck tickets and cash only for 50/50 tickets.
You must be present to win any and all prizes.

Are the games free?

Yes, all games are free for Flagger Force employees and their friends and family.

Who is eligible for the bus transportation?
-
Employees who live more than 3 hours away from Long’s Park are eligible for bus transportation to/from the event. You must sign up for transportation through the RSVP form. Visit the Hotel & Transportation link for more information on each bus.
Employees from Western PA more than 3 hours from Long’s Park are eligible for bus transportation, but not hotel lodging; however, please note that the bus will be arriving back to Western PA at around 1:15 a.m.
Employees from Northeastern PA more than 3 hours from Long’s Park are eligible for bus transportation, but not hotel lodging; however, please note that the bus will be arriving back to Northeastern PA at around 11:30 p.m.
All other employees who qualify for bus transportation will automatically qualify for a hotel room. Bus transportation and hotel rooms are paid by Flagger Force (hotel amenities excluded).

Who is eligible for hotel accommodation?

Employees who live more than 3 hours away from Long’s Park are eligible for hotel accommodations. You must sign up for a hotel or transportation through the RSVP form. Hotel rooms are paid by Flagger Force.
Hotels will be available for Saturday, August 27th only.
If you take a bus that requires an overnight stay, that hotel will also be paid for by Flagger Force (hotel amenities excluded).
