Paving the Path for a Career
Flagger Force’s Workforce Development Program was created to consider the unique needs and challenges to people “ready-to-work” in the communities we serve but who have barriers to employment.
By considering candidates for their qualifications first, we can provide opportunities without the additional scrutiny these candidates often experience. Based on the outcome of the selection process, individuals may be eligible for career guidance, such as working with a Mentor and Ride-Share transportation support. Flagger Force has created access to employment that for many, would have previously been unavailable.
Flagger Force partners with Referral Partners, such as community organizations, re-entry training programs, and parole and probation, to identify job-ready applicants to join our team. It is a privilege to provide jobs in the local areas we serve. Adding growth to local economies fuels our capabilities to keep these areas safer and moving in the right direction.
