The Flagger Force Foundation Hardship Fund may be able to help. The fund is supported by Flagger Force employee donations with the purpose of helping one another when in need. Stephanie Steffy Scholarship Program To be eligible, applicant must be an active full-time employee who has completed a minimum of three years of service. Applicants must be actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate college degree through an accredited institution of higher learning. Full-time, part-time, online, and distance programs are acceptable. Scholarships are for college degree and trade school programs only. Previous applicants and recipients are eligible to re-apply. Scholarships are awarded on a calendar year of September to August.
